Reviews and Ratings
From the moment I arrived until I left, the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was excellent. While the rooms were a bit outdated compared to other locations in Melbourne, the overall experience was pleasant given the cost of the suite.
The hotel rooms were beautiful, modern, and plush with ample space. They also provided complimentary gifts like hair ties, toothbrushes, and shoe buffers, which was very thoughtful. Despite the long wait for the room, it was still very nice and had all the amenities, including toothbrushes. The hotel also offers excellent views across Melbourne.
My stay at this hotel was more than just a room for the price I paid. The room was large, clean, and had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like free lockers in the change rooms and amenities like hand and body wash, deodorant, brushes, combs, hair caps, and even a hairdryer. I particularly enjoyed the great size of the room and the cozy window seats, making it a comfortable stay.
Being told our rooms wouldn't be ready until 2 pm was a bit of a downside, especially in an expensive place like Heston's. However, the rooms had everything we needed, which was a relief.
The Crown Towers hotel offers a luxurious stay with access to various dining options. The rooms are beautifully appointed, but the size might not justify the high price. The service is friendly and helpful, although some areas could use more attention to cleanliness. The location is ideal for exploring or relaxing in the opulent room. Dining options vary in value for money. Overall, a lavish experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel had some nice features like remote curtains and beautiful linen in the rooms. The huge bathroom was fabulous, but the bed was facing solar panels despite requesting a view earlier. Unfortunately, there were no clubs open, no access to pokies, and no chocolate fountain at breakfast. The breakfast time was changed last-minute, and service during breakfast was slow with delayed coffee orders.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent and had everything I needed and more. The location was perfect, with great shopping and restaurants within easy reach. The service, from the valet to the room, was top-notch, but the slight smell of cigarettes was a bit off-putting. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a small hiccup.
The hotel didn't meet my expectations in terms of the view and some amenities, but the luxurious rooms with excellent views and exceptional bed and linens, as well as the fabulous dining experience, made up for it. Service was excellent overall.
The hotel offers superb rooms with fantastic views over Southbank. The service is super friendly and accommodating, with a polite staff ensuring a pleasant stay. The perfect location provides a stunning view of the city lights at night and great access to various facilities. The dining experience may be overpriced but offers good value for certain meals.
I had an excellent stay at Crown Towers Melbourne. The rooms were spacious for the three of us, although cleanliness could have been improved. The service was top-notch, from valet parking to the attentive staff. The location was perfect for both exploring the city and enjoying a relaxing stay. Dining options were delicious but slightly overpriced. Overall, a fantastic experience.
From the moment you drive up to the front door to the time you leave, the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious, with a reasonably large bathroom and wardrobe, meeting all requirements. However, the price may be a bit high for some.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were initially on separate floors, but after a complaint about the revolting view, we were moved to a clean and spacious room with a great view of the river and city. The service was very professional, especially to Maine, and the location was excellent with lots of attractions within walking distance. However, the dining, though delicious, was expensive, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. The facilities were top-notch, offering a great overall stay.
I felt like royalty at the Crown hotel! The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, making you never want to leave. The staff at the Crown were incredibly friendly and made me feel special throughout my stay. While the dining experience was a bit of a letdown, everything else about this hotel was just perfect.
I had a fantastic stay at Crown Towers in Melbourne. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its great location and presentation. However, there were a few minor drawbacks that I experienced during my stay.
