The hotel had some nice features like remote curtains and beautiful linen in the rooms. The huge bathroom was fabulous, but the bed was facing solar panels despite requesting a view earlier. Unfortunately, there were no clubs open, no access to pokies, and no chocolate fountain at breakfast. The breakfast time was changed last-minute, and service during breakfast was slow with delayed coffee orders.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent and had everything I needed and more. The location was perfect, with great shopping and restaurants within easy reach. The service, from the valet to the room, was top-notch, but the slight smell of cigarettes was a bit off-putting. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a small hiccup.

From the moment you drive up to the front door to the time you leave, the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious, with a reasonably large bathroom and wardrobe, meeting all requirements. However, the price may be a bit high for some.
